*Payment options--cash, good check, or credit card (there is an additional 3% convenience fee to use credit card) 

*ALL items must be paid in full by the last day of removal dates by 5pm or Credit card will be charged.

*NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE. YOU MUST ARRANGE REMOVAL OF YOUR ITEMS.

*It is the bidders responsibility to pay and pick up the items you win. As a bidder you have acknowledged that you have read these terms and agree to them by clicking the AGREE TO TERMS BUTTON. If you do not agree or you can't pick up or pay for the items  DO NOT BID!!!!!!!

*All Internet bidders must pay for items by the last day of the removal times if they have not been paid for by 5pm on the last day of the removal dates the card on file will be charged by clicking agree to terms you are giving Diamond G Auctioneers permission to charge the card on file if items have not been paid for or pick up by time stated above.

*All items sold as is with no warranties of any kind. ALL ITEMS SELL AS IS!!!!!!  We strongly encourage bidders to use the inspection day to look over the items before bidding. Items that state powers on or runs, have been checked during cataloging, THIS IS NOT A Guarantee of any kind!!!! Bidders are encouraged to come check items their selves all items sale AS IS.

*Diamond G Auctioneers has the right to accept or refuse any and all bids that they feel are not in good standing or from anyone that is not in good standing with this auction company or in bad  standings with other auction companies. Diamond G Auctioneers owners, contract employees and family members have the right to bid for themselves or bid for bidders that are not able to place  bids for themselves such as left bids or phone bids.

*Auction Site and Inspection Sites:
ALL INDIVIDUALS AT THE AUCTION SITE ARE PRESENT AT HIS OR HER OWN RISK. Bidder agrees the auction site or inspection site is potentially dangerous because of heavy equipment operation, electric circuits and presence of flammable, corrosive or pressurized liquids or other materials. Bidder shall warn its agents, employees, or any other persons accompanying Bidder of these possible dangers. Regardless of cause, Auctioneer or its agents will not be responsible for any injury or death to anyone at the auction site.

Thursday 7/24/25 From 5pm Est to 7pm Est 

If these pickup times can not be made please contact Brandon before bidding to insure we can arrange payment and pickup of your items

We understand that trucks can be difficult to arrange so please contact us about not making the scheduled pick days.

Loaders will be running on the yard daily to help with loading----- Please bring boxes for tools and items that are in our trays or on pallets.... Trays and Pallets stay with Auction Company
