*All items must be paid for by the last day of the removal times if they have not been paid for by 5 pm on the last day of the removal dates the card on file will be charged by clicking agree to terms you are giving Diamond G Auctioneers permission to charge the card on file if items have not been paid for or pick up by time stated above.

*13% Buyer's premium & 9.75% TN sales tax.  Under Tennessee tax laws and regulations, there is currently no exemption unless you have a valid resale certificate.  You will pay TN sales tax on all items.

*Payment options--cash, good check, or credit card (there is an additional 3% convenience fee to use credit card) 

*Bidders must register with a credit card and agree to the terms of the sale IN ORDER TO BID.  

*NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE. YOU MUST ARRANGE REMOVAL OF YOUR ITEMS.

*Any items not removed by Removal dates will be deemed abandoned and will be discarded 

*It is the bidders responsibility to pay and pick up the items you win. As a bidder you have acknowledged that you have read these terms and agree to them. If you do not agree or you can't pick up or pay for the items DO NOT BID!!!!!!!

Diamond G Auctioneers has the right to accept or refuse any and all bids that they feel are not in good standing or from anyone that is not in good standing with this auction company or in bad standings with other auction companies. Diamond G Auctioneers owners, contract employees and family members have the right to bid for themselves or bid for bidders that are not able to place bids for themselves such as left bids or phone bids.

Pick up Times 

4/19/24 Fri 430pm to 7pm est

4/20/24 Sat 11am to 2pm est 

4/21/24 Sun 1pm to 5pm est

Payment must be made in cash, check or card by 5pm 4/21/24 or your card on file will be charged.

If you can't make these times, please let us know we can make appointments to pick up ONLY IF YOU CALL BEFORE BIDDING we have serval out of state auctions coming up so scheduling will be a must. Payment must still be made by 4/21/24.
