* 15% buyer's premium & 9.75% TN sales tax.  Under Tennessee tax laws and regulations, there is currently no exemption unless you have a valid resale certificate.  You will pay TN sales tax on all items.

*Payment options-- Credit Card Only Bidders must register with a credit card and agree to the terms of the sale IN ORDER TO BID.  

*NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE. YOU MUST ARRANGE REMOVAL OF YOUR ITEMS.

*Any items not removed by Removal dates will be deemed abandoned and will be discarded
