* 10% buyers premium & 9.75% TN sales tax.  Under Tennessee tax laws and regulations, there is currently no exemption unless you have a valid resale certificate.  You will pay TN sales tax on all items.

*Payment options--cash, good check, or credit card (there is an additional 3% convenience fee to use credit card) 

Bidders must register with a credit card and agree to the terms of the sale IN ORDER TO BID. If you wish to pay with cash or check you may do so at pick up as long as you PICK UP BY MONDAY. AFTER MONDAY ANYTHING NOT PAYED FOR WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON BUYERS ACCOUNT. 

*NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE. YOU MUST ARRANGE REMOVAL OF YOUR ITEMS.

*Any items not removed will be deemed abandoned and will be discarded

Pick up will start on Monday the 5th from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm
